New Report: “Reviving Death”

The Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a human rights report entitled “Reviving Death.”

The report dealt with the crime committed by the aggression coalition aircraft on civilian homes in the Al-Jarf Al-Sharqi area – Shu’ub District – the capital, Sana’a, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on October 27, 2015.

The report talked about the details of the crime and witness statements. It also talked about the legal framework of the crime in accordance with international laws and conventions.

Moreover, the report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims.

It also relied on interviews conducted with witnesses, and reference was made to international texts of law, treaties and conventions. In order to clarify the legal framework for the crime committed against women and children in the Eastern Jarraf region
