“A Memorial of the Crime of Aggression”

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a human rights report entitled “A Memorial of the Crime of Aggression.”

The report dealt with the crime committed by the aggression coalition aircraft on the house of the citizen Ali Muhammad al-Harbi in the Asr al-Ala area in the Ma’in District of the capital secretariat, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on December 25. 2017 .

It report spoke about the details of the crime and witness statements , It also spoke about the legal framework of the crime in accordance with international laws and conventions.

The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims. Reference was made to international texts of law, treaties and conventions in order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against women and children in  Asr area.
