New Report:” Lurking raids”

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a human rights report entitled “Lurking raids.”

The report dealt with the crime committed by the aggression coalition aircraft on Al-Hussein School and a paramedic’s car in the Bani Yusuf area of the Al-Hayma Al-Dakhiliyah District in Sana’a Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on 6 January 2017.

It talked about the details of the crime and witness statements, also talked about the legal framework of the crime in accordance with international laws and conventions.

The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims.

It also relied on interviews conducted with witnesses, and international law texts, treaties and agreements were consulted in order to Clarifying the legal framework for the crime committed against women and children in the Al-Hayma Al-Dakhiliya region.
