Entisaf Organization denounces the suspension by many countries of their financial contributions to UNRWA in Gaza

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights denounced the suspension by many countries of their financial contributions to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees “UNRWA” and the deprivation of more than 2.3 million people in Gaza who live on humanitarian aid against the backdrop of Zionist allegations of the participation of UNRWA employees in the “Al-Aqsa Flood.”

 

The statement indicated that UNRWA runs shelters for more than a million people and provides food and primary health care to civilians in the Gaza Strip in order to survive in light of the continued aggression and displacement.

 

The statement stated that the decision to stop funding is considered collective punishment and a partnership in the genocide practiced by the occupation against the population of Gaza in light of the increasing humanitarian needs that are considered life-saving, as there are more than 184 thousand people who have registered to receive humanitarian aid recently, which indicates the worsening risk of famine in the Gaza Strip, including Including children, people with disabilities and pregnant women rely heavily on UNRWA services

 

It pointed out that this decision will lead to catastrophic results on the lives of millions of those affected, and will exacerbate the human suffering that the Palestinian people have been experiencing as a result of the aggression and siege for more than 119 days, as the decisions taken by countries are politicized decisions and are targeted by UNRWA.

 

Also  noted that the occupation’s refusal to allow humanitarian and sustainable aid to them, which is considered a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law and the decision of the International Court of Justice.

 

The organization called on countries to immediately retract their unjust and unjust decisions, and not to be led by the allegations and fabrications of the occupation, and to the need for the international community to continue providing the necessary assistance to the agency to enable it to continue providing its services in Gaza, whose people are facing famine, and it did not employ anything similar to the killing of Ma. More than 26 thousand innocent citizens and civilians live in Gaza, most of whom are children and women

 

The organization held the Zionist enemy alliance, the United Nations, the international community and all organizations fully responsible for what the situation will lead to as a result of many countries suspending their financial contributions to UNRWA in Gaza.
