“Al-Rafhi Village and Pains You Will Not Forget”

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a human rights report entitled “Al-Rafhi Village and Pains You Will Not Forget.”

The report dealt with the crime committed by the aggression coalition aircraft on the house of a civilian in the Al-Rafhi village area in the Munabbih District of Saada Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on 12 June 2015.

It talked about the details of the crime and witness statements, also talked about the legal framework of the crime in accordance with international laws and conventions.

The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims. It also relied on interviews conducted with witnesses, and reference was made to texts of international law, treaties and conventions. In order to clarify the legal framework for the crime committed against women and children in the Rafhi area.
