“Inmates became victims”

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights documented in a human rights report entitled “Inmates Who Became Victims” the crime of bombing by aggression coalition aircraft on the central prison building in the Abs District of Hajjah Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on May 12, 2018.

It talked about the details of the crime and witness statements,  also talked about the legal framework of the crime in accordance with international laws and conventions. The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims.

It also relied on interviews conducted with witnesses. Reference was made to international texts of law, treaties and agreements in order to Clarifying the legal framework for the crime committed against women and children in the Abs region.
