Entisaf Organization issues a human rights report entitled “Blood in the Flowers”

Entesaf organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a human rights report entitled “Blood in the Flowers.”

The report dealt with the crime of artillery shelling by the aggression coalition on the Al-Zuhur neighborhood in Al-Hali District of Hodeidah Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on May 21, 2020.

It talked about the details of the crime and witness statements, also talked about the legal framework of the crime in accordance with international laws and conventions.

The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims. It also relied on interviews conducted with witnesses.

The organization was made to international texts of law, treaties and agreements in order to Clarifying the legal framework for the crime committed against women and children in the Al-Zohour area.
