Entesaf Organization issues a human rights report entitled “Targeting the Dhamar Al-Qarn Neighborhood”
Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a human rights report entitled “Report on the Targeting of the Dhamar Al-Qarn Neighborhood.”
The report dealt with the crime committed by the aggression coalition aircraft on civilian homes in the Dhamar Al-Qarn neighborhood area of the Dhamar District in Dhamar Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on May 6. 2015.
It talked about the details of the crime and witness statements, also talked about the legal framework of the crime in accordance with international laws and conventions. The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims. It also relied on interviews conducted with witnesses, and reference was made to texts of international law, treaties and conventions.
