“Aviation Crime”
Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a human rights report entitled “Aviation Crime.”
The report dealt with the crime of bombing by drone aircraft belonging to the mercenaries of the Aggression Alliance on the homes and farms of civilians in the Al Shaqab area in the Habur district of the Sabr Al Mawadim District of Taiz Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on July 10, 2024 AD
It talked about the details of the crime and witness statements, also talked about the legal framework of the crime in accordance with international laws and conventions. The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims. It also relied on interviews conducted with witnesses, and international law texts, treaties and agreements were consulted in order to Clarifying the legal framework for the crime committed against women and children in the Al Shaqab region
