“They Were Here”
Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights documented a human rights report entitled “They Were Here”, which addressed the crime of the aggression coalition’s airstrike on the house of citizen Shuai in the Al-Sada area in the Hayran district of Hajjah governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on 15 .August . 2018.
It talked about the details of the crime and witness statements, as well as the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions.
The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, and relied on interviews conducted with witnesses. International law texts, treaties and agreements were referred to in order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against women and children in the Al-Sada area.
