“Mountain of Death”
In a human rights report entitled “Mountain of Death”, the Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights documented the crime of bombing the house of Mohammed Al-Sanabani in the Jabal Rabbi area in the As-Sayani District of Ibb Governorate by the coalition aircraft, which killed civilians, including women and children, on August 28, 2015.
The report discussed the details of the crime and witness statements, as well as the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions. The report relied on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, and relied on interviews conducted with witnesses. International law texts, treaties and agreements were referred to in order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against women and children in the Jabal Rabbi area.
