Entesaf Organization issues a human rights report entitled “Report on Targeting Civilian Homes in Al-Halqa Area, Al-Hodeidah Governorate”

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a human rights report entitled “Report on Targeting Civilian Homes in Al-Halqa Area, Al-Hodeidah Governorate”, which addressed the crime of the aggression coalition’s airstrikes on civilian homes in Al-Halqa area in Al-Hali District, Al-Hodeidah Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on November 10, 2018.

It discussed the details of the crime and witness statements, as well as the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions. The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, and relied on interviews conducted with witnesses. International law texts, treaties and agreements were referred to in order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against women and children in Al-Halqa area.
