Entesaf Organization issues a human rights report entitled “Report on Targeting Civilian Homes in the Kilo 16 Area, Al Hudaydah Governorate”

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a human rights report entitled “Report on Targeting Civilian Homes in the Kilo 16 Area, Al Hudaydah Governorate”, which addressed the crime of the aggression coalition’s air force bombing civilian homes in the Kilo 16 area in Al Hali District, Al Hudaydah Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on November 24, 2018.

It discussed the details of the crime and witness statements, as well as the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions. The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, and relied on interviews conducted with witnesses.
