On Hajah, Civilian Casualties From One Family In US-Saudi Airstrike

Almasirah Net correspondent in Hajjah stated that at least a woman was killed and 10 wounded as a result of the crime of aggression against the family of citizen Ahmed Tamri in the Al-Saqf area in the Abs district.

Among the wounded were seven children, aged between one and a half and 14 years, as well as an elderly person, the correspondent added.

Since the beginning of the latest escalation of the Saudi-US coalition, the aggression has launched daily night raids targeting residential neighborhoods in the capital, Sana’a, and Yemeni governorates, killing and wounding about 500 civilians.

Saudi Arabia, backed by the United States and regional allies, launched the war on Yemen in March 2015, with the goal of bringing the government of former Yemeni president Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi back to power.

The US-Saudi aggression continues to target neighborhoods and populated areas and destroy the infrastructure and capabilities of the country, in light of a suspicious international silence.

The war has left hundreds of thousands of Yemenis dead and displaced millions more. It has also destroyed Yemen’s infrastructure and spread famine and infectious diseases there.
