Entesaf Organization issues a human rights report entitled “Report on targeting a citizen’s house and farm in the Hajrouqa area of Al Hudaydah Governorate”
Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a human rights report entitled “Report on targeting a citizen’s house and farm in the Hajrouqa area of Al Hudaydah Governorate”, in which the report addressed the crime of the aggression coalition’s air force bombing a citizen’s house and farm in the Hajrouqa area of At Tuhayat District of Al Hudaydah Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on December 27, 2017.
It discussed the details of the crime and witness statements, as well as the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions. The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, and relied on interviews conducted with witnesses. International law texts, treaties and agreements were referred to in order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against women and children in the Hajrouqa area.
