Entesaf Organization issues a human rights report entitled “Report on targeting the Al-Khasma area in Bani Matar District, Sana’a Governorate”

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a human rights report entitled “Report on targeting the Al-Khasma area in Bani Matar District, Sana’a Governorate”, in which the report addressed the crime committed by the aggression coalition aircraft with cluster bombs on the Al-Khasma area, affiliated with Bani Matar District, Sana’a Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on February 13, 2017.

It discussed the details of the crime and witness statements, as well as the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions. The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, and relied on interviews conducted with witnesses. International law texts, treaties and agreements were referred to in order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against women and children in the Al-Khasma area.
