“Ashes of Humanity”
The Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights documented a human rights report titled “Ashes of Humanity.” The report addressed the crime committed by the coalition’s air force against a car on a public road in the Mahli area of the Nihm district of Sana’a Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on March 12, 2017.
The report discussed the details of the crime and witness testimonies, as well as the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions. The report relied on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, as well as interviews conducted with witnesses. International law, treaties, and agreements were also consulted to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against the women and children of the Mahli area.
