Statement by the #Entesaf Organization Condemning the Continuing Crimes of the US Aggression Against the Yemeni People in the Capital Sana’a

The #Entesaf Organization condemns the continuing crimes of the US aggression against the Yemeni people, including the bombing of civilians and residential neighborhoods, resulting in the injury of seven women and two children in a US airstrike on a residential neighborhood in the Al-Thawra District in the Capital Sana’a on Wednesday, March 19, 2025.

This targeting constitutes a gross violation of international humanitarian law, which criminalizes the targeting of innocent civilians in any form. It also confirms the US aggression forces’ deliberate violation of the principles and rules of international humanitarian law, including the principles of humanity, distinction, and proportionality. This has made these crimes amount to crimes against humanity and an extension of the series of war crimes and genocide committed by the US aggression in Yemen.

The  organization holds America and its coalition responsible for all crimes against civilians and demands an investigation and criminal accountability for coalition leaders and all those proven to be involved in these crimes. It also holds the United Nations and the Security Council responsible for their shameful silence and shirking of their duties, which has encouraged the US-British coalition to continue committing further war crimes against civilians in Yemen.

It renews its appeal to the international community, human rights and humanitarian organizations, and all honorable and free people of the world to assume their moral and humanitarian responsibilities in supporting the oppressed Yemeni people, condemning the horrific crimes committed by the US aggression, and pressuring the United Nations, specifically the Security Council, to fulfill their legal and moral duty to protect civilians and stop the war and all forms of aggression. It also renews its call for the formation of an impartial international investigation committee to investigate all crimes and massacres committed by the US aggression against defenseless civilians.
