The Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a human rights report today entitled “Departed Without Farewell.”

The report documents the Israeli airstrike that targeted civilian and service facilities in Al-Hazm District, Al-Jawf Governorate, resulting in civilian casualties, including women and children.

The organization explained in its report that the attack, carried out by Israeli warplanes on September 10th, directly targeted civilian and service facilities, causing civilian casualties, including women and children.

The report includes detailed documentation of the attack, relying on Entesaf’s statistics on the number of innocent civilian victims and on testimonies and direct interviews with eyewitnesses who experienced the horrific bombing.

It also includes a detailed analysis of the legal framework of the attack, based on relevant international laws, treaties, and conventions, to demonstrate that what occurred constitutes a war crime committed against unarmed civilians in Al-Jawf Governorate.

The organization affirmed that the deliberate bombing of civilian areas constitutes a grave violation of international humanitarian law, considering the report further evidence documenting the systematic targeting of civilians and infrastructure in Yemen.

The report called on the international community and human rights bodies to take immediate action to ensure accountability and justice for the victims.
