The Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a human rights report entitled “The Captive’s Exile,” which addressed the kidnapping of Egyptian citizen Sahar Rajab by Islah mercenaries affiliated with the Saudi-led coalition in Marib Governorate on December 16, 2018.

The report detailed the crime and its legal framework according to international laws and conventions. It relied on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime, as well as interviews conducted with relatives. International legal texts, treaties, and agreements were also consulted to clarify the legal framework of the kidnapping of Sahar Rajab.
