Statement of Condemnation Regarding the Continued Violations of the Ceasefire Agreement by the Zionist Enemy and the Escalating Number of Victims in the Gaza Strip

The Entisaf Organization for Women and Child Rights is following with grave concern and strong condemnation the catastrophic statistics resulting from the intransigence and arrogance of the Israeli enemy. Its violations of the ceasefire agreement have exceeded 969 in just 80 days since it came into effect. These systematic violations have resulted in the martyrdom of 418 Palestinians and the injury of 1,141 others, the vast majority of whom are women and children, who continue to pay the heaviest price for the ongoing Zionist killing machine.

These crimes and massacres constitute a flagrant violation of international conventions and agreements, and a blatant disregard for all diplomatic efforts aimed at protecting civilians. Targeting civilians while an international ceasefire agreement is in place is a full-fledged war crime, embodying a policy of killing, forced displacement, and deepening human suffering, and representing a continuation of the genocidal crimes perpetrated by the Zionist occupation against the Palestinian people for decades.

The organization holds the Israeli Zionist occupation forces fully legally and morally responsible for all crimes targeting civilians and infrastructure, the brutality of which becomes clearer every day as victims continue to be pulled from the rubble.

The organization demands an immediate, independent, and impartial international investigation to ensure the criminal accountability of the perpetrators of these violations, which amount to crimes against humanity, and to prevent the killers from escaping punishment.

In this context, the organization calls upon the United Nations, the Security Council, Islamic countries, and all free people of the world to shoulder their historical and humanitarian responsibilities and take immediate action to stop this aggression.

The organization emphasizes the urgent need to provide support to relief and rescue teams, to immediately begin comprehensive reconstruction plans, and to provide humanitarian and medical aid without restrictions. The fundamental solution to preventing the recurrence of these crimes lies in taking decisive international measures to permanently end the Zionist occupation and enable the Palestinian people to exercise their legitimate rights.
