Palestinian injured by Israeli gunfire, woman wounded in Dura, South of Hebron
A young Palestinian man was shot by Israeli forces on Saturday evening during their raid of the city of Dura, south of Hebron, while a woman was injured as she tried to move away from the area after tear gas was fired.
According to local sources reported by Sanad News Agency, Israeli forces stormed the city center of Dura and opened live fire, injuring a young man with a bullet to the abdomen. His condition has been described as critical.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health confirmed that the young man’s injury is “very serious” due to the gunfire during the raid.
In a related incident, a woman sustained a fracture while trying to escape after Israeli forces fired tear gas toward the women’s prayer area in the same district.
