During a press conference in Sana’a, the Entisaf Organization released a human rights report titled “Blood Without Justice.”

 

Entisaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights released a human rights report titled “Blood Without Justice” during a press conference held today in Sana’a. The report documents the most prominent crimes committed by the US-Israeli aggression and blockade, along with their proxies (Saudi Arabia and the UAE), against civilians in Yemen over the past 12 years.

 

The organization reported that Cluster bombs and landmines have caused the martyrdom of 10,689 citizens, including 2,504 children and 1,102 women and more than 1.4 million children have been forced to work due to the repercussions of the aggression and siege.

 

Also said during the press conference  the number of people with disabilities has reached 5 million, and the aggression and siege have caused an increase in the disability rate by 300%.

The  organization added  the unemployment rate in Yemen has exceeded 65% as a result of the continued Saudi-American aggression and siege.

 

Moreover ,Acting Minister of Justice, Judge Ibrahim al-Shami said : The selective treatment of the UN towards crimes committed in Yemen reveals a deep crisis in the credibility of the international human rights system.

 

Al -Shami added  we are ready to cooperate with human rights organizations to develop the capacities of workers in monitoring, documentation, and investigation.

 

At the conclusion of the press conference, Sumaya Al-Taifi, head of the Entisaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights, stated:

The Entisaf Organization is issuing a human rights report entitled “Blood Without Justice.”
