Nine Palestinians, including children, injured in Israeli attack on Khan Younis

Nine Palestinian citizens, including children, were injured on Saturday when Israeli occupation forces targeted a group of Palestinians in the area of Street 5 in Khan Younis, southern Gaza Strip.

The Palestinian Wafa news agency reported that the injured were transferred to the Al-Mawasi field hospital run by the Palestine Red Crescent Society, where they received first aid and the necessary medical care.

According to Palestinian medical sources, the death toll from the Israeli geocidal war on the Gaza Strip has risen to 73,783, with 174,738 others injured, since October 7, 2023.

The sources added that since the ceasefire took effect on October 11 last year, 1,369 Palestinians have been martyred and 4,627 injured, while 831 bodies have been recovered.
