The Entesaf Organization for Women and Child Rights documented a human rights report entitled “Children Covered in Blood,” which addressed the crime committed by the aircraft of the aggression coalition against the home of citizen Saleh Qasim Amayah in the Al-Qarad area, Baqim District, Saada Governorate. The attack resulted in civilian casualties, including women and children, on September 18, 2015.

The report presented details of the crime and witness testimonies. It also addressed the legal framework applicable to the crime under international laws and conventions. The report relied on the organization’s statistics concerning the details of the incident and the number of victims, as well as interviews conducted with witnesses.
