The Entesaf Organization for Women and Child Rights documented a human rights report entitled “Report on the Targeting of a Civilian Home in Al-Maghras, Al-Hudaydah Governorate.” The report addressed the crime of an airstrike carried out by aircraft of the aggression coalition against a civilian home in the Al-Maghras area, Al-Tuhayta District, Al-Hudaydah Governorate, which resulted in civilian casualties, including women and children, on September 18, 2018.

The report presented details of the crime and witness testimonies. It also addressed the legal framework applicable to the crime under international laws and conventions. The report relied on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the incident and the number of victims, as well as interviews conducted with witnesses.
