Four Palestinians martyred, dozens injured by Israeli occupation fire in the West Bank

Four Palestinians were martyred and about 25 others were injured on Monday at dawn, as the Israeli occupation force launched an attack on Jenin, its refugee camp, and al-Bireh in the West Bank.

Wafa News Agency stated that the occupation warplanes targeted several areas in the Jenin camp and its outskirts, killing three Palestinians and injuring about 25 others, including three whose injuries were described as serious, according to a preliminary report by the Palestinian Ministry of Health.

A Palestinian was martyred after being shot by the Israeli occupation forces at the northern entrance of al-Bireh.

The occupation forces, accompanied by bulldozers, stormed the city of Jenin from several axes, cordoned off the Jenin camp, cut off the roads linking the city and the camp, and seized a number of houses overlooking the camp.

The agency added: “The occupation forces, which cordoned off the camp from various sides, prevented ambulances from entering it to transport the injured to receive treatment, and the Israeli warplanes were intensely hovering over Jenin City and its camp.”
