Media Union mourns media photographer Hudhaifa Al-Wasabi

The Yemeni Journalists Union mourned the media photographer Hudhaifa Ali Ismail Al-Wasabi, who was martyred yesterday, Wednesday, in Al-Sabeen Square in the capital, Sana’a, while performing his media duty while covering the central event commemorating the anniversary of the Prophet’s birthday.

In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the Union praised the virtues of the martyr Al-Wasabi and his role as one of the most prominent media photographers who worked to document the crimes of the aggression and its brutal massacres.

The statement indicated that the media outlets bear witness to the deceased’s perseverance and continuous presence to cover and transmit various religious and national events and celebrations to viewers across various national screens.

The Union expressed its deepest condolences to the family of the martyr Al-Wasabi, his relatives, friends and lovers, and to the media family regarding this painful loss.
