Palestinian Syndicate: 11 journalists killed in the occupation aggression on Gaza strip
The Palestinian Journalists’ Syndicate announced on Monday that 11 journalists were martyred, and more than 20 others were injured since the beginning the Israeli occupation aggression on the Gaza Strip on October 7.
“11 journalists were martyred, and more than 20 others were injured in the aggression, while two journalists are still missing and about 50 main and branch offices of media centers were bombed”, WAFA news agency quoted the Syndicate as saying in a statement.
It pointed out that the internet and electricity blackout in Gaza Strip has limited the ability of journalists to continue their coverage of the Israeli aggression.
The occupation forces arrested four journalists in the West Bank, and prevented many press crews from covering the attacks on Palestinians in Jerusalem and the rest of the West Bank.
