New Report: “Night Clusters”
The Intisaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights documented a human rights report entitled “Night Clusters.”
The report dealt with the crime committed by the aggression coalition aircraft against Lokanda in the night market in the Alaf area of the Sahar District of Saada Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on November 1, 2017.
Moreover the report talked about the details of the crime and witness statements. It also talked about the legal framework of the crime in accordance with international laws and conventions.
Also it was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims. It also relied on interviews conducted with witnesses, and reference was made to international texts of law, treaties and conventions. In order to clarify the legal framework for the crime committed against women and children in the Alaf region.
