New Report: “Children and Aggression Shells”

The Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a human rights report entitled “Children and Aggression Shells” .

Also the  report dealt with the crime committed by the aggression coalition aircraft against civilians with the aggression’s mercenary shells in the Al-Rabsa area – Al-Hawk District – Hodeidah Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on October 6. 2020.

The report spoke about the details of the crime and witness statements. It also spoke about the legal framework of the crime in accordance with international laws and conventions.

The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims. Reference was made to international texts of law, treaties and conventions in order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against women and children in Al-Rabsa area.
