New Report: “A Forgotten Village”
The Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights documented a human rights report entitled “A Forgotten Village.”
The report dealt with the crime committed by the aggression coalition aircraft on the home of the citizen Ali Mohsen Faris Gharan in the village of Al-Baqa’a in the Maran area of Haydan District in Saada Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on December 1, 2015.
It talked about the details of the crime and witness statements. It also talked about the legal framework of the crime in accordance with international laws and conventions.
Also the report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims. It also relied on interviews conducted with witnesses, and international law texts, treaties and agreements were consulted in order to Clarifying the legal framework for the crime committed against the women and children of the village of Al-Baqaa.
