New Report: “Madness of the Killers”

#Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a human rights report entitled “Madness of the Killers.”

The report dealt with the crime committed by the aggression coalition aircraft on civilian homes in the Haran area of ​​Aflah Al-Yemen District, Hajjah Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on November 7, 2017.

Also the  report spoke about the details of the crime and witness statements. It also spoke about the legal framework of the crime in accordance with international laws and conventions.

The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims. Reference was made to international texts of law, treaties and conventions in order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against women and children in  Haran region.
