“A Ball in the Crosshairs”

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a human rights report entitled “A Ball in the Crosshairs.”

The report dealt with the crime committed by the aggression coalition aircraft against a group of children in the Al-Makhafy area of the Mastaba District in Hajjah Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on January 5, 2019.

It talked about the details of the crime and witness statements,  also talked about the legal framework of the crime in accordance with international laws and conventions.

The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims. It also relied on interviews conducted with witnesses, and international law texts, treaties and agreements were consulted in order to Clarifying the legal framework for the crime committed against women and children in the Al-Makhfi area
