New Report : “Wounds that will not be forgotten”

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a human rights report entitled “Wounds that will not be forgotten.”

The report dealt with the crime committed by the aggression coalition aircraft on a car on the public road in the Jisr al-Namsa area in Majz District in Saada Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on December 17, 2016.

The report spoke about the details of the crime and witness statements. It also spoke about the legal framework of the crime in accordance with international laws and conventions.

It  was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims. Reference was made to international texts of law, treaties and conventions in order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against women and children ithe Namsa Bridge area.
