Dozens of martyrs and wounded in ongoing occupation aggression against Gaza Strip

Dozens of Palestinians were martyred and others were injured on Monday in the ongoing aggression launched by the Israeli occupation on the war-ravaged Gaza Strip for the 115th day in a row.

 

Wafa News Agency reported that over the past hours, the occupation shelled with aircraft and artillery houses in the town of al-Zawaida in the center of the Gaza Strip, causing the martyrdom of 18 Palestinians, including a journalist, which raises the number of journalist martyrs to 121 martyrs since the beginning of the aggression on the Gaza Strip.

 

More than 30 Palestinians were also martyred and others were injured in Israeli aircraft shelling of houses in al-Nuseirat camp in the center of the Gaza Strip, as its artillery shelled al-Zeitoun neighborhood south of Gaza City and Tel a-Hawa area west of it, which led to the martyrdom and injury of many Palestinians.

 

Meanwhile, the occupation forces stormed shelter centers in the Rimal area in Gaza and committed a massacre that claimed the lives of 13 martyrs, in addition to a number of wounded. 10 displaced persons were also martyred as a result of the occupation shelling of an UNRWA school housing displaced persons in the area.

 

On Sunday, the Palestinian Health Ministry announced that the number of victims of the ongoing occupation aggression on the Gaza Strip since last October had risen to 26,422 martyrs and 65,087 wounded.
