“Bombing Civilian Homes – Al Shaab – Hajjah.”

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a human rights report entitled “Bombing Civilian Homes – Al Shaab – Hajjah.”

The report dealt with the crime committed by the aggression coalition aircraft against civilians in the Al Shaab area of Haradh District in Hajjah Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on February 2, 2016.

It talked about the details of the crime and witness statements , also talked about the legal framework of the crime in accordance with international laws and conventions.

The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims.

It also relied on interviews conducted with witnesses, and reference was made to texts of international law, treaties and conventions. In order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against women and children in the Al Shaab region.
