“Crime of Mass Graves”

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights documented a human rights report entitled “Crime of Mass Graves”

The report dealt with the crime committed by the coalition of aggression against civilians in the Ghafra area in Al-Zahir District of Saada Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on February 21, 2016.

It talked about the details of the crime and witness statements, also talked about the legal framework of the crime in accordance with international laws and conventions.

The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims. It also relied on interviews conducted with witnesses, and international law texts, treaties and agreements were consulted in order to Clarifying the legal framework for the crime committed against women and children in the Ghafra region.
