“Smoke of My Death”

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a legal report entitled “Smoke of My Death” in which the lawsuit was filed against the aggressive coalition air force against a tourist restaurant in Al-Barh in the Maqbanah District in Taiz Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on February 23, 2017.

It talk about the details of the crime and the coordinates of the witnesses. It also talk about the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions.

It present a report to organized statistics regarding the details of the crime even further , also discuss the interviews that were judged with witnesses, and reference is made to texts of international law, treaties and agreements.
