“Zina of My Death”

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a human rights report entitled “Zina of My Death.” The report dealt with the crime committed by the aggression coalition aircraft on a truck carrying women in the Al-Maqash area in the Saada District of Saada Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on March 29, 2018.

It talked about the details of the crime and witness statements, also talked about the legal framework of the crime in accordance with international laws and conventions.

The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims. It also relied on interviews conducted with witnesses, and reference was made to international texts of law, treaties and conventions.

In order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against women and children in the Al-Maqash area.
