Entesaf Organization Condemns Israeli Occupation Crimes Against Humanity
Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights denounced the continued imposition of the stifling and deadly blockade without the entry of humanitarian aid, which resulted in food shortages, the spread of diseases, and water shortages in Gaza, where nearly a million children and a thousand pregnant women suffer from acute malnutrition and dehydration, which has led to death. Many children, the last of whom was 15 children as a preliminary outcome.
The statement indicated that there are more than 10,000 children suffering from the effects of hunger, according to statements by the Red Crescent in Gaza, and 95% of the population do not get what satisfies their hunger.
It said that the continuation of the blockade and the failure to bring in humanitarian aid is considered collective punishment and a partnership in the genocide practiced by the occupation on the people of Gaza in light of the increasing humanitarian needs that are considered life-saving, as there are more than 184 thousand people who have registered to receive humanitarian aid recently, which indicates the exacerbation of the risk of famine. In the Gaza Strip, including children, people with disabilities, and pregnant women, they depend heavily on aid, which shows that civilians in the Gaza Strip are living a real tragedy.
It pointed out that this siege will lead to catastrophic results on the lives of millions of those affected, and will exacerbate the human suffering that the Palestinian people have been experiencing as a result of the aggression and siege for more than 148 days, as civilians have begun to eat tree leaves and animal feed.
The statement noted that the occupation’s refusal to allow humanitarian and sustainable aid to them, which is considered a “flagrant violation of international humanitarian law and the decision of the International Court of Justice.”
The organization also holds the Israeli Zionist occupation forces responsible for all crimes targeting civilians, hospitals, ambulances, and others. It also holds the United Nations, the Security Council, and the Muslim and Arab countries responsible for their shameful silence and shirk of their duties, which encouraged the Israeli-Zionist occupation to continue committing more crimes. Of war crimes against civilians in the Palestinian territories.
