“Hamdan and the Aggression”
Entesaf organization for Women and Children’s Rights documented in a human rights report entitled “Hamdan and the Aggression” the crime of bombing by the aggression coalition’s aircraft on civilian homes in the Al-Arrah area of the Hamdan District of Sana’a Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on June 2, 2015.
The report spoke about the details of the crime and witness statements. It also spoke about the legal framework of the crime in accordance with international laws and conventions.
The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims. It also relied on interviews conducted with witnesses, and reference was made to international texts of law, treaties and conventions.
In order to clarify the legal framework for the crime committed against women and children in the Al-Arrah region.
