“Displacement and wounds”

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights documented a human rights report entitled “Displacement and Wounds.”

The report dealt with the crime of bombing by the aggression coalition’s aircraft on a displaced family in the village of Al-Wadi in the Bayt Al-Faqih District of Hodeidah Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on June 9, 2018.

It talked about the details of the crime and witness statements, also talked about the legal framework of the crime in accordance with international laws and conventions.

The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims. It also relied on interviews conducted with witnesses.

Entesaf was made to international texts of law, treaties and agreements in order to Clarifying the legal framework for the crime committed against women and children in the Valley region.
