“Sorrows of Markets”
Entesaf organization for Women and Children’s Rights documented a human rights report entitled “Sorrows of Markets.”
The report dealt with the crime of bombing by the aggression coalition’s aircraft with cluster bombs on the Al-Mashnaq markets in the Al-Mashnaq area in the Shadaa District of Saada Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on June 18, 2017.
It talked about the details of the crime and witness statements, also talked about the legal framework of the crime in accordance with international laws and conventions.
The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims. It also relied on interviews conducted with witnesses.
Organization was made to international texts of law, treaties and agreements in order to Clarifying the legal framework for the crime committed against women and children in the Al-Mashnaq area.
