“Targeting Al-Raqou Market”
Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a human rights report entitled “Targeting Al-Raqou Market”, which addressed the crime of the aggression coalition’s airstrikes on Al-Raqou Market in Al-Raqou area in Manbah District, Saada Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on March 30, 2017.
It discussed the details of the crime and witness statements, as well as the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions.
