“Report on Targeting Civilian Homes in the Na’ashwah Area, Sa’dah”

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a human rights report entitled “Report on Targeting Civilian Homes in the Na’ashwah Area, Sa’dah”, in which the report addressed the crime of the aggression coalition’s airstrikes on civilian homes in the village of Wald Ayash in the Na’ashwah area in the Haidan Directorate of Sa’dah Governorate, which killed civilians, including women and children, on June 12, 2015.

It discussed the details of the crime and witness statements, as well as the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions. The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, and relied on interviews conducted with witnesses. International law texts, treaties and agreements were referred to in order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against women and children in the Na’ashwah area.
