“Report on Targeting Al-Ubaidi Station, Al-Hij Market – Hajjah”
Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a human rights report entitled “Report on Targeting Al-Ubaidi Station, Al-Hij Market – Hajjah”, in which the report addressed the crime of the aggression coalition’s airstrike on Al-Ubaidi Station in the Al-Hij Market area in Mustaba District, Hajjah Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on June 9, 2015.
It discussed the details of the crime and witness statements, as well as the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions. The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, and relied on interviews conducted with witnesses. International law texts, treaties and agreements were referred to in order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against women and children in the Al-Hij Market area.
