“Death Rest House”
In a human rights report entitled “Death Rest House”, the Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights documented the crime of bombing by the coalition aircraft on the youth park and rest house in the Beit Al-Adhri area in the Arhab district of Sana’a governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on August 23, 2017.
The report discussed the details of the crime and witness statements, as well as the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions. The report relied on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, and relied on interviews conducted with witnesses. International law texts, treaties and agreements were referred to in order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against women and children in the Beit Al-Adhri area.
