Entesaf Organization issues a human rights report entitled “Report on Targeting the House of Mohammed Hassan Al-Akwa”

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a human rights report entitled “Report on Targeting the House of Citizen Mohammed Hassan Al-Akwa”, which addressed the crime of the aggression coalition’s airstrike on the house of citizen Mohammed Hassan Al-Akwa in the Bani Hassan area in the Abs district of Hajjah Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on August 22, 2018.

It discussed the details of the crime and witness statements, as well as the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions.

The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, and relied on interviews conducted with witnesses. International law texts, treaties and agreements were referred to in order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against women and children in the Bani Hassan area.
