“Hay Al-Ahzan”
The Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights documented in a human rights report entitled “Hay Al-Ahzan” the report addressed the crime committed by the aggression coalition aircraft on the house of citizen Al-Soswa in the Hajr neighborhood in the Al-Wahda district affiliated to the capital, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on September 9, 2015.
The report discussed the details of the crime and witness statements, as well as the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions.
The report relied on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, and relied on interviews conducted with witnesses. International law texts, treaties and agreements were referred to in order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against women and children in the Hajr neighborhood.
